Elected racist moron Robert Byrd (D - W.V.) took 24 minutes out of the nation's business yesterday to indirectly condemn Falcons QB Mike Vick (and/or people who abuse animals) to "the hottest places in hell" for his alleged involvement in the dog fighting scandal.

Irony, of course, thy name is politics.

After all, Byrd is a former "Exalted Cyclops" of the Ku Klux Klan, known to have engaged in a little "barbarism of the worst sort and cruelty of the worst, worst, worst, sadistic kind," of their own.
